To counteract the negative stigma around sheltered pets, Petfinder wanted to find a way to positively motivate people to adopt. Focusing on the the joyful connections of finding the perfect pet, the POSSIBLE team evolved their brand and redesigned their user experience to be easy and fun in a digital space.
I worked with the team as we rolled out the new experience helping to create email communication to rescue shelters with profiles on the site and to design site pages for those looking for more information about various pet breeds.
