Giant Eagle

Giant Eagle's fuelperks+ program rewards customers with bigger savings on gas and groceries when they shop at all GE brands (GetGo gas stations, Market District grocery stores).

Giant Eagle was having difficulty getting their customers to use their fuelperks+ savings program efficiently and maximize their savings by redeeming their perks for bigger baskets. They asked us to create circulars that would help change customers' thinking from acquiring perks and redeeming right away for small rewards, to consciously saving perks and using them for larger rewards.
